ELA (Grammar/Writing/Literature/Poetry
- · Grammar/Writing: This week scholars will continue to analyze and diagram sentences. Scholars will also be introduced to the fable Three Young Bulls and a Lion.
- · Literature: This week in Literature we will finish reading Prince Caspian. Scholars will have a test on the class on 9/8.
- · Poetry: Scholars will continue to practice our new poem "Lochinvar". Poem will be recited on 10/7.
History: This week scholars will be assessed on their knowledge of world mountains by taking a test on 9/9.
Science: This week scholars will wrap up the energy transfer unit by taking an assessment on 9/8.
Math: This week, scholars will review for their upcoming test on Ch. 1 and 2 on 9/7. Scholars will also start our new chapter on multiplication and division.
Highlights: Scholars continue to surprise us each day. We have seen a great deal of scholars demonstrating the importance of our virtues in and outside the classroom.
