ELA (Grammar/Writing/Literature/Poetry

  • Grammar/Writing: This week in Grammar the scholars will continue to learn about possessive pronouns and have a test on 5/26. In Writing, the scholars will continue to write their own fable and share it with the rest of their class.
  • Literature: The scholars will finish reading The Wizard of Oz and begin drafting their final essay.

  •  Poetry: Scholars will begin to recite The Fool's Prayer for a grade.
  • History: This week the scholars will begin developing a travel brochure based on what we have learned about Texas.
  • Science: This week the scholars will begin playing against each other using the circulatory system game they created.
  • Math: This week scholars will use financial literacy to develop their own business and marketing strategies.
