ELA (Grammar/Writing/Literature/Poetry
- Grammar/Writing: This week in Grammar, scholars will begin our unit on prepositional phrases. Scholars will independently analyze and diagram sentences. In Writing, the scholars will continue to discuss the parable "The Rich Fool" and utilize amplification techniques.
- Literature: This week scholars continue to read Carry On, Mr. Bowditch.
- Poetry: Scholars will continue to practice memorizing Paul Revere's Ride. Recitation is 3/10.
- History: This week scholars will continue to learn about the dynasties of China.
- Science: This week the scholars will review and take their unit assessment on Processes that Shape Earth.
- Math: This week scholars will convert decimals to fractions and vice versa. Scholars will also learn how to add and subtract numbers with decimals.
