ELA (Grammar/Writing/Literature/Poetry

  • Grammar/Writing: This week in Grammar, scholars will begin our unit on prepositional phrases. Scholars will independently analyze and diagram sentences. In Writing, the scholars will continue to discuss the parable "The Rich Fool" and utilize amplification techniques.
  • Literature: This week scholars continue to read Carry On, Mr. Bowditch. 

  •  Poetry: Scholars will continue to practice memorizing Paul Revere's Ride. Recitation is 3/10.
