ELA (Grammar/Writing/Literature/Poetry
- Grammar/Writing: This week in Grammar, scholars will be assessed on prepositional phrases. In Writing, the scholars will continue to discuss short parables and main ideas by analyzing 'The Crying Woman".
- Literature: This week scholars will start their new classic, The Princess and the Goblin. Please ensure that your scholar has a copy as we are going to be annotating in the books.
- Poetry: Scholars will continue to practice memorizing Paul Revere's Ride. Recitation is 3/10.
- History: This week scholars will continue to learn about the dynasties of China by focusing on the Mongol invasion.
- Science: This week scholars will continue to explore different energy sources.
- Math: This week scholars will continue with dot plots and be introduced to area and perimeter.
