ELA (Grammar/Writing/Literature/Poetry
- Grammar/Writing: This week in Grammar, scholars will be being our new unit on subject pronouns. In Writing, the scholars will continue to analyze "The Brave 300" through amplification.
- Literature: This week scholars will continue with out classic, The Princess and the Goblin. Please ensure that your scholar has a copy as we are going to be annotating in the books.
- Poetry: Scholars will continue with the poem, "The Preamble to the Declaration of Independence" that is due on 4/6.
- History: This week scholars will continue with our new unit on the American Revolution.
- Science: This week scholars will begin their group project on Using Natural Resources. The scholars will complete the majority of the work during class time. The scholars will be required to write an essay on the resource they were assigned. This essay will have to be completed at home. The scholars will be working on this group project for the next two weeks.
- Math: This week scholars will be assessed on geometry with a test. We will also being our new unit on measurement, time and conversion this week.
