ELA (Grammar/Writing/Literature/Poetry

• Grammar/Writing: This week in Grammar, scholars will be assessed on possessive nouns. In Writing, the scholars will continue to analyze the parable "The Prodigal Son".

• Literature: This week scholars continue to read Carry On, Mr. Bowditch. Please ensure that you scholar has their own copy as we do annotate and underline vocabulary words in the books. 

•  Poetry: Scholars will continue to practice memorizing Paul Revere's Ride. Recitation is 3/10.

• History: This week scholars will finish with our unit on Medieval Europe.

• Science: This week the scholars will continue learning about the processes that shape Earth as well as different natural disasters such as earthquakes and tsunamis.
