ELA (Grammar/Writing/Literature/Poetry

  • ·         Grammar/Writing: This week scholars will continue to analyze and diagram sentences with adjectives and direct objects. 

  • ·         Literature: This week in Literature scholars will being our new classic Robin Hood (ISBN 9780141329383). Please make sure that your scholar has the book by 10/17.

  • ·         Poetry: Scholars will start a new poem "The Tyger". The scholars will have five weeks before reciting for a grade. 
  • History: This week scholars will continue learning about the Medieval Europe.  
  • Science: This week scholars will wrap up their unit on investigating waves and start reviewing for their assessment. 
  • Math: This week scholars will continue to divide by three and four digit numbers as well as bar modeling.
